went to california fitness yday for gym-ing. aha.. that place is really cool man! Its like u can watch tv prog while u do ur excercise.. did threadmill only lah.. dats so much for not gyming for like more den 5mths.. my bones now feel like falling apart lahh!! so pain!!!
