>> Gu-ma & family come. aiyoH! The 4 kids horr!! Really damn rude and irritating. The ferz thing dey go to when they enter the house is my bedroom!?! Luckily my sister was fast enuff to close the door for the computer room or else, they would had create havoc in the room.

But they messed up my bedroom can? It's like they open every cupboard that's available. Such ill manners! It's not as if i have anything expensive inside.. but its the behavior mah. If you are in other pple's house, u sld not enter the bedroom cos its the room for privacy.

Some of u might say.. you sld had close the door. But still, without asking permission and jus barge into the bedroom, is damn RUDE. I wonder why my biao jie, who is the mum did not really bother abt this behavior.

Thinking back, when i was a lil kid.. when i was at other pple's house, i wun even dare to walk around becos i think, its so rude. Kids nowadays.. are jus idiotic brats.

>>Went down to my grandma's place after they left. It can be the 'Most Teary New Year' i ever had. Cos my lil cousins, Zac and Zhane.. were like crying and crying and crying non-stop lor. I mean, babies cry nvm.. but hmm.. crying too much is irritating. hahaha.

Today is Chinese New Year Eve lor.

Had reunion dinner jus now.. with dearest papa, mama, jiejie AND gu ma & biao ge. haha.. it's the ferz time they joined us for dinner though.. cos its like left with 2 of them.. so mite as well come and eat tgt.

But before dinner, it was hell man! It was spring cleaning & more spring cleaning! But i tink my parents are more chiam lar.. cos they have to cook, clean the house, wash clothes, mop floor, etc. Though me and my sis attempted to help, i tink they deserve the clap cos... their stamina is damn good lar.

yesterday was alrite. Went to sch for EC tutorial lor. Den after dat, went to bbdc to have my final theory practise. I was feeling so tired man. Nearly fell aslp but i kept on gg.... had the final theory test at 430pm. Think i was too nervous and tired.. i can't concentrate lah.. but thank God, when i pressed the 'end test' button, it showed a PASSED lor. HAHAH. *phew*

Took 187 to Jurong Point cos i tot Joy and May wun reach so early lah.. cos they say their lesson will end at 6pm. Hmm.. who noes, at 6pm.. Joy msg and say she reach le! Haiyoh. But i was halfway on 187. but nvm.. i reached JP in the end.. HAHAH.

Watched Memoirs Of the Geisha. It's nice. I tot the scenary and kimonos they wear had worth the $9.50. I love the show. The lil girl that played zhang ziyi looks so much like the real Zhang Ziyi man. hur.

Okays. I shall end here lor.. it will be a long day tml.. but hmm.. tink every year is the same.. relatives' arrival also the same.. so nutting much to anticipate. Hope i can get more angbao this year lor.

The Biz ett lesson today was quite fun cos it was on dining etiquette. Learnt quite alot of stuff today abt how to place where utensils and stuff. Had a 'practical' lesson on how to eat the bread and spag! hee(: it was generally fun lah.. till the guest speaker came and gave a talk on Indian Dining Etiquette. Guess i wasn't in the mood to listen lor.. but the thing dat interest me is when they talk abt the table manners lor. hahah. Cos she was saying Indians like to talk everything under the sun.. so when u are like in the country, they will talk and talk and talk!

I did not go for OM lesson yday again cos.. i OVERSLEPT! Like how the hell did i do it lor? I put my alarm at 745am but the next time i woke up, it was 915am! Got a shocked man! But oh wells, decided not the go lor.. but went to sch at 11plus to meet up with the rest.

Yes. I had finally applied for a UOB TX account after procrasinating for so long.

The benefits are:

-with uob mini debit, there is definitely more perks! *as compared to dbs lah*

-shorter queue at UOB atm! the DBS one is always packed with pple trying to withdraw their money. Like it would help if they put 1 or 2 more lor. And I can like.. withdraw money near canteen 1 in school.. cos the dbs one in school is at the atrium.

-nicer card. mini debit rocks?! hee(:

The q at POSB is totally horrandeous!!!! I pressed the q-number at 5085. I looked at the number board and it only show 5069.. its like 16 more pple to go before it will reach me. So.. i went out and enter UOB lor.

Pressed the q-number at UOB.. and there is like 11 pple before me. hahah!! So i waited. The girl sitting beside me was very fustrated with the slow service cos she keep having dat fustrated sound coming outta her. haha. Den the best part is.. there is this lady.. she came over to me and ask me to listen to wad UOB is currently offering for this SMART SAVING PlAN.

She explained the benefits of the plan to me and i tot.. i'm quite convinced by the plan. hee(:

And finally, its my turn.

I ran back to POSB.. tinking i would had missed my turn but no!!! It's at 5084! which means.. 1 more to me. hee(: and guess wad? I waited for another 20min before its my turn. Like the service is damn FAST hor?

I need to wait another 3 more weeks before i get my mini debit. hee(: till den.. i will wait patiently and endure the long q at dbs atm.....

haha!! Okays!! I'm like so busy these few days lor. For yday, went sch in the morning for AAA lecture and in the end, decided not to go for OM lecture :X haha!! cos there's like 2 hrs break in between.. so went home after a round of 'exciting' discussion with my groupie. haha.

Went home and hmm.. the air-con man are around. Cos my dad wanna change the air-con lor... cos the one in my room is spoilt. I took my precious baby, which is my laptop.. packed all the stuff i needed and went to HP repair center.

It's quite easy to get there. Took 963 and got off at the old SAJC sch site. Cross the road and taddaaa!!! The HP building is like dere!! There is this underpass that i need to cross and oh my! the underpass is quite nice leh! haha.

The service at HP is quite good lah. Cos the waiting area is nice.. free biscuits and coffee. And there are tables and chairs.. and SOFA!!!! haha!! The service is quite good.. as compared to the customer service officer i had wrote in the previous entry.

Went home and den.. went out with my parents again cos they wan to get nian hua(as in.. new yr.. mus buy flowers for like.. good luck).. sucha busy day.

Anyway. I mus comment that HP pple damn efficient. Cos they finish repairing my precious in 3hrs. HAHAH.

Today. Went sch for OM tut. Was a lil late but okay lah. hahah. Decided not to meet for project cos everyone haven done their part for OM.. and that includes me.

Went home to get money and receipt and headed down to the repair center again.

Waited. Waited. Waited.

Collected my precious and I'm happy! hahaha.

Went down and saw the bag i wanted!!! And i bot it =x

Headed home and start doing my OM part. hahah.

I'm like addicted to this show "IT STARTED WITH A KISS" hee(: nice. I sobbed when i saw the girl.. getting so so so.. sad when she tot the guy is living with the 3rd party.

The show is not realistic.. but it definitely got me addicted and.. of cos.. to...

After I had called in to HP service center.. i seriously tink Singapore should jus REVAMP the whole service industry line. Maybe sack all of them? Or send them all to Japan.. at least to see how the japanese serve their customers.

whats the prob with my qns u tell me? Is my english to difficult to understand or what? I tink even a pri sch kid can understand my qns man. Its not the case on whether is it an ah-nei or a chinese. The prob is, whether did they put in the effort to help the customer.

I had worked in the customer service line b4 and i understand how some customer are- irritating and tot they are always rite. But when i call, i'm polite and i tink.. i dun deserve that kind of treatment in return.

Improvement in service industry i beeseeccchhhh u kind ladies and gentlemen out there. Of cos, the customers need to improve on their attitude as well. If u tink u are impatient and is emotional, dun work in the service line cos u will go mad one day.. trying to get back at every customer. Think abt it. Do u wan to receive those kind of treatment when lets say, u call in to XX Bank for enquiry? No rite? So, pls REFLECT on ur own attiude everyone.

I tink i'll screw up or rather, i had screwed up my E-Commerce paper yday. Guess that's the result of not studying properly and have not been going lectures faithfully loh. I can only recall what I had learnt for the last lecture I had went and other then dat, i'm jus using my general knowledge to do it.

I'm truely addicted to Fisherman's Friend Apple Cinnamon flavour sweet. Duno why leh. I like the taste of apple in my mouth and that kind of feeling is minty(of cos la. it's a mint sweet) apple-ish taste which, made me crave for more. hahah!!!

Okays. I got like 74/100 for my OM test. I din get to check my papers cos I...... overslpt? hahah!!! I put my alarm at 745am and when it rang, i switch it off and went back to slp. Normally, i could wake up by 8am but dunno why lah! I din and guess what time i woke up? 9am can?! Its like my lesson is at 9am. So i din go lah. But i went for IEF instead at 11am to check papers.

I got 65/100 for the test. I was surprised by that cos i tot i could only get a most, a 50-something. A 60-something result is a surprise for me. I thank God for that.

Had biz etiquette today and it was relatively fun. We had to do a individual speech.. like how wld u introduce urself on the ferz day of work. It's not how u talk but ur overall presentation of urself and body lang. My prob is that, i talked too soft.. i tot i was talking too loud :X den, my hand gestures was quite irritating. haha. other than that, it's fine.

I foresee more proj are coming.

Mrs Tay chose to give us back AAA paper today and hmm.. i was killed, literally KILLED by mcq. I got like 9/30 for mcq. Oh my mama. It's a sheer disappointment man!! Oh well. So in the end, i only got like 57/100 for the paper. And the paper is not difficult loh. What the hell rite. And lots of people did well. But come to tink of it, when the paper is easy and everyone did well, i seem to have difficulty doing well and i still remember biz stats paper, when everyone got like 75 and above.. i got like 50 something also. Oh well. Test 2 is coming up. I mus get at least a B for it!!!!
