At 3pm, I went to check my specialisation and tadaaaa!!!!!!! I got into Tourism and Resort Management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yay!! i tot i cannot get into tourism and resort managemet lah.. considering my results aren't dat fanastic and hmm.. my average results are so freaking bad. HAH.

Saturday was exciting cos.. I managed to send the QUEEN off. HAHA.

And it marks the end of her 3 days trip but erm.. it did not seem like 72hrs lah!

Thanks to all ur concern.. my leg is fine now.. though its still swollen.. I can still walk in my heels to work. HAH.

5th day at work. My officer finally came back from the 3 days course and yeap.. as usual, she's nice lah. haha.. its a pleasure working under her. BUT.. tis is only the 1st week lah.. so... i'm not too sure how's she lah.

anyway.. i'm drowned in office politics lor. cos my officer, who is Isabel.. told me some stuff which i'm quite shocked lah. And come to tink of it.. this person, lets call A, she likes to 'update' the boss on what's happening in the office and stuff.. in other words, she's the boss' pet and she likes to tell tales lah.

And 2 days ago, when Isabel is not around, the office is only left with me and A, so... she suddenly asked me, "So, how do u find Jennifer?" Like heng heng, i told her dat i'm not too sure cos, i din really talk to jennifer and she also din really talk to me. Like how heng can i get! Imagined I had spoken something wrong and den.. i tink i'll be condemed during my next 6 weeks.

Like to hell with this kind of pple. I hope their mouth will rot and teeth will drop. Tongue will jus split into half till they can't talk. I hope their phone will spoil, so no sms or phone call to boss. fingers will rot. wth.

okay. enuff of complaining abt such pple. But its quite sad cos, she really looks like a nice person to be with. Din noe her heart is so damn black. Just becos of PROMOTION.

OkaY! Yday.. we went to celebrate Shumin & Elizabeth's Bday at JP Fish&CO. HAHA! Its was damn funny cos the fish&co pple came and sing&cheer after we had sang the bday song. HAHA! Super embarrassing man!!! But nevertheless, we had a hell lot of fun and of cos, phototaking session with all the photo-whores. HAHA!!

4th day at work

I did filing for 3 days in the lil crampy storeroom.

Registering training enrolment.

Answering calls & more calls with the standard, "Good morning, HR. This is Lai Meng, READY TO SERVE YOU. The calls will ALL come tgt. I really suspect the pple agreed to call at the same time.

Entertaining walk-in-interviewees. Giving them application forms to fill in

Busy introducing myself cos.. the pple there knows EVERYONE.. from top management to the non-management. UH HUH!

Busy luffing with the pple there. They are actually really nice pple.. Chris, Joanne, Esther and Isabel. Hmm.. left with my boss, JENNIFER.. tink she's kinda scary.. hmm.. nv smile or wadever lah. Boss mah. Not FRIENDLY at all.

Sums up my 4 days work. This is wad i'm gg to write in my ITP report:

Ohh!! Lotsa things happen for the past erm.. 4 days! :D But its happy things so arh! I dun really mind.

Exams ended last friday and 3rd March 2006 ended my sem 2 lor. I will end my yr 2 when i get my results on 24th march. haha! Oh wells.. but AAA is quite okay lah.. but i tink I made some stupid mistakes lor.. but who cares.. confirm can clear AAA de. HAHA. At least i got 1 paper confirm will clear.

After the paper, we went town to buy my formal tops. Went to eat pepper lunch with peiyan+yilee+alicia+wanjing+meng. They are fast and efficient. hee( :

Went to shop at Isetan.. and finally.. i bot 4 tops at Iora (one of the section in Isetan). So paiseh.. cos the sales girl took like over 10pieces for me to try on :x So in the end, i bot 4.. 2 shirts 2 pants. I love the pants man! hee( :


Spent like $160 on these. Haven start work spent like half of them liao lah!!!!!!!!!

Xinzi came after that.. HAHAH!! But she :X kick something off dat.. scares off the sales assistant and a customer :X

Sat>Went for Elizabeth's 21st bday party! haha!! It's good catching up with jingjing+fabian+bounce+yiying+shumin+meng. HAHA. It has been long since i see yiying, bounce and fabian!!! haha!!! Elizabeth very poor thing.. ahhah!!! Cos her classmates smash cake on her.. and WE, splash water on her :X But we bot her very nice things.. HEH! Right?

But also tell me extra things like... how tis person is yaya-papaya.. this person will make a big mole out of nutting.. this manager is wadever-wadver. hur* office politics. Another manager is nice.. she's joanne. Den, this 2 girls.. which i find them DAMN dao larh. HAI. Hopefully tml will be better lah.. cos my officer will be on course for 2 days.. so probably i'll jus stone there.. or jus die with all the filings to do. HUR*

And my legs is really pain lah.. stupid shoes. HAI! Dunno how to wear my shoes tml. So many rules to comply to. And heng, i bot my black coat.. or else, i'll have nutting to wear. SIGH. But one good thing, there free food lor.. cos got staff canteen.. hahah!! So i'll prolly save lotsa $$. Hopefully it will made up my erm.. money spent on the clothes.

There is this bi-monthly employee of the mth award thingy and so, lotsa big shots are there. The HR dept is in-charge of this event.. so.. went to the function room. Saw the hotel manager and i tot, he's quite good looking for a manager. HAHAH! There is this F&B manager.. my GOD! He's very shuai laH!! His EYES!! WOAH! hee(: Think he's a french.

Actually its a very warm place.. cos everyone noes almost everyone.. but cos i'm new.. i tink i quite isolate myself away from them. SIGH. Tml have more work to do.. 7weeks more.

OM paper is over! Heh! I was surprised that i did not forgot the fomulas.. erm.. okay.. i forgot 1 whole chunk of qns 1 so in the end, i din do dat qns.. but i did the rest. The calculations went like a breeze but the theory was like shit. But since its over, i shall not dwell on it.

2)Office wear. Blouse with skirt or blouse with pants. WITH JACKET. I dun see why my job need such a formal office wear. Like i'm doing HR admin duties!?

3)No dangling earrings. Okay fine. I can accept tis cos i had learnt it in biz ett class that only studds are allowed.

4)Covered Shoes. OH WTH!! I really need to go get a pair! And dat means, i can't wear my heels. Boohoo. What the hell is Raffles Hotel thinking? I wear formal wear to sch everyday ah!

Like i need to spend more money to buy clothes even before they pay me. It will take like how much to buy so many stuff at one go? Oh Man!!!
